Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using Osis you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for the people you invite. Keep your credentials safe, make sure your team uses Osis lawfully, and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
Use Osis for legitimate work. Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, upload malicious files, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per active person on the schedule you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give reasonable notice before any price change.
5. Your content
You own the data you put into Osis. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you — to store, process and display your content back to your team.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Osis fast and available, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. On cancellation you can export your data; we'll then delete it in line with our Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice.
