Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains what information Osis collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because privacy shouldn't require a law degree to understand.

2. Information we collect

We collect the details you give us — your name, email, company and the people you add to your workspace — along with the data your team creates while using Osis, such as time sessions, projects, tasks and messages. We also collect basic technical information like your browser type to keep the service secure and reliable.

3. How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve Osis: to run your workspace, calculate hours and earnings, deliver messages, and support you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your projects or messages for advertising.

4. Who can see your data

Within your workspace, access is controlled by role. Employees see only their own rates and earnings and only the threads they belong to; admins see their team's data. We restrict our own staff's access to what is strictly necessary to operate and support the service.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you can export your information first, and we will delete it on request within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

6. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and sensible operational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information as we would want ours treated.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
